How to measure
Grab a shirt that fits you well and lay it flat. Measure armpit to armpit for chest, and from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem for length. Match those numbers to the chart.
Because every piece is printed to order, we cannot swap sizes after printing, so take the extra minute. If we got the print wrong or it arrives damaged, we replace it free.
Production and Shipping
Printed to order
Nothing here sits in a warehouse. Every tee, hoodie, print, and sticker is made after you order it, just for you.
Timelines
- Production: 2 to 5 business days
- Shipping: 3 to 5 business days in the US, typically 7 to 20 business days international depending on the destination
- Total: most US orders land within 7 to 10 business days
You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
Where we ship
Pretty much anywhere. We ship worldwide to nearly every country our print partners can reach. Duties and import taxes on international orders, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping costs
- Orders over $60: free shipping worldwide, applied automatically at checkout
- Orders under $60: flat standard rate shown at checkout
Items may ship separately
Apparel and posters are sometimes printed at different facilities, so a mixed order can arrive in more than one package. You are never charged extra when that happens.
Returns
The short version
If we messed it up, we fix it free. Because everything is printed to order, we cannot take returns for size swaps or change-of-mind.
We replace, free of charge
- Misprints or wrong items
- Items damaged in transit
- Manufacturing defects (seams, blank flaws, print peeling on arrival)
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we reprint and reship at no cost. No need to send the original back.
What we cannot accept
- Wrong size ordered (check the Size Guide before you buy)
- Change of mind after printing has started
Lost packages
If tracking stalls for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier or reship.
