The short version
If we messed it up, we fix it free. Because everything is printed to order, we cannot take returns for size swaps or change-of-mind.
We replace, free of charge
- Misprints or wrong items
- Items damaged in transit
- Manufacturing defects (seams, blank flaws, print peeling on arrival)
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we reprint and reship at no cost. No need to send the original back.
What we cannot accept
- Wrong size ordered (check the Size Guide before you buy)
- Change of mind after printing has started
Lost packages
If tracking stalls for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier or reship.
